PEMBROKE, Bermuda--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 19, 2004--The Board of
Directors of RenaissanceRe Holdings Ltd. (NYSE:RNR) has declared a
quarterly dividend of $0.50625 per each 8.10% Series A Preference
Share. The dividend is payable on March 1, 2004 to shareholders of
record on February 27, 2004.
In addition, the Board has declared a quarterly dividend of
$0.45625 per each 7.30% Series B Preference Share. The dividend is
payable on March 1, 2004 to shareholders of record on February 27,
2004.
